Customers have the right, according to Art. 64, D. Decree No. 206/2005, to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreement within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products covered by the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
The Right of withdrawal must be done by the costumers sending to Made in Goel a written notice, at the address c.da Limina , 3 89042 Gioiosa Jonica (RC), containing:
(i) the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, (II) the details of the Order tied to the Sale and Purchase Agreement from which they intend to withdraw.
In the case of using the customer’s right of withdrawal:
(i) customers must agree to return the products within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation notice.
(ii) All costs connected to the return of the Products shall be payed by the customers;
(iii) Made in Goel agrees to reimburse the price in the shortest time possible, and within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, provided that:
- The Products have been returned and are intact;
- The original packaging of the products is also returned intact,
- The products have not been used.
(iv) Made in Goel will inform the customers on how the reimbursement will take place and may, for that purpose, require their customers bank details (IBAN and holder of the c/c).
If the customers do not exercise the right to withdraw in accordance with terms and conditions mentioned here, the customers are not entitled to a refund of the price.
In alternative to the right to cancel policy, the customers may opt for a "change of product" solution.
